Do you have a size chart?
At MADERA PLACE, we are happy to offer the latest boutique styles from a variety of designers!  This means that sizing may vary from piece to piece.  However, we do have a sizing guide here. If an item runs big or small, it will be mentioned in the product listing. 

This sizing guide is accurate for the majority of our styles.  We hope this will help you choose the right size, but please remember to read the descriptions of each piece as we try on each style and let you know if we think it runs big/small and any other info that will inform your buying decisions.

How long do I have to wait for my item to ship?

Because all of our items are IN STOCK, we can ship them to you right away!  We do our best to ship items within ONE business day of ordering.

How much is shipping?

FREE!  Always. (We currently only ship to the USA)

What's exactly is a pre-sale?

We rarely do pre-sales in our shop as we want to provide a "Fun+Fast+Fashion" shopping experience!  If we do a presale, it will be clearly stated in the product listing and will have expected ship dates.
